HEY! I'M CAROL....
I live here in the Wide Bay Region of Queensland Australia, with my husband (& our 2 cats & a rescue pet snake)! Our family has grown (& flown) and our 4 adult kids & 4 grandchildren are spread out between Coffs Harbor - where we used to live - right up here to the Fraser Coast area. This is our biggest “why” for moving into the Online Business space.
Never before has time flexibility & portability been so important & the demands of working full time as a Clinical Psychologist, just wasn’t offering enough in the lifestyle department.
Like many people in our phase of life, we went searching for a way to be able to pack up the camper trailer & take some extended travels & thankfully this business came across our paths at just the right time. Perhaps that’s where you’re at right now! I’m happy to share more with you…

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: My career in Psychology - both in a clinic & working for myself in a consulting capacity has been very rewarding. I enjoy working alongside people to become the best versions of themselves that they can be - we really are all capable of achieving great things, with the right guidance.
Throughout my career I’ve had enough flexibility to be able to experience homeschooling, as well as caring for elderly parents, but in looking at ways to reduce my hubby’s workload & enjoy some “time off & away” for ourselves it was obvious that I needed something where I could work smarter rather than harder. If I was to increase my hours to increase my income, I would still be stuck in one place & being a true gypsy at heart, that wasn’t going to last for me!
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BUST: When I first considered the online business industry, I started an e-commerce store with my daughter. This was successful in that we had quite a unique product range, one that we were passionate about, but as soon as this niche became “trendy” the bigger stores really dominated the market & there wasn’t enough visibility left for smaller businesses like us. It was a great learning curve & taught us a lot but we wound that up & went back to the “norm” (our jobs).
THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: Some of my most wonderful experiences in life so far (other than raising my own children of course!) have been when I was able to live & work in remote communities. Working alongside individuals & families in teaching, counselling & mentoring style roles has been so fulfilling. I’m grateful to have had so much exposure to people who have really found themselves in challenging circumstances but are so willing to learn how to move forward to create better results for themselves. While I might have been in leadership roles throughout my career, I’ve always felt like I’m the student at the same time.
I think that’s the key to a successful Personal Development journey - know that we are always learning & then take that new knowledge & apply it to create better outcomes for ourselves & others. Finding that match in a business of my own is beyond exciting!
Creating time freedom at the same time as building my income is the balance I wish I had years ago!
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM: The Online Business world is so exciting - there’s almost no limits to what you can achieve & to be able to choose who I work alongside now is incredible. As a new person I was supported & trained to be self sufficient in a very short space of time & now I love seeing the wins that others are having around me - creating that huge feeling of fulfilment & accomplishment that I’d lost a little bit of along the way. My time is mine again & as much as I do love seeing my family on our travels, sometimes they don’t actually know where I am! Whether we’re home or away it’s all the same - I just pick & choose the hours I put in each day & the great thing is, my business is still working around the clock but I’m not.
